A Mission Experience to Puerto Rico

The Cleaning of 20 Miles of Coastline

As many of you may know CHANGING PEOPLE’S LIVES (CPL)International Ministries has a variety of different mission trips in which you can participate, regardless of your area of expertise. In other words, CPL International offers a variety of “menus” for a mission experience to both national and international destinations.

A group of students from Southern California chose to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a different way by serving the people of PuertoRico through cleaning beaches, cleaning the Seventh Day Adventist camp located at El Yunque (one of the largest rain forests within the United States), and by sharing a message of HOPE at a local SDA congregation.

Both the mayor from the city of Luquillo (One of the most beautiful coastline towns in Puerto Rico) and government authorities recognized such an act of kindness and love organized by CPL International that really made a difference in Puerto Rico.

Never forget that CHANGING PEOPLE’S LIVES (CPL) International Ministries is a different ministry for different people that wants to make a difference in people’s lives.
